Rebecca Jackson
Psychotherapist | Counsellor | Group Therapist
"I have both personal and professional understanding of the complex layers of addiction and the role of the family in supporting change. My aim is to encourage clients to explore different ways of living to enable healthier, purposeful and satisfying lives and relationships."
Rebecca has supported both adults and adolescents who are working to overcome addiction. She has worked in both inpatient rehabilitation settings and outpatient counselling services.
Rebecca works collaboratively with clients to identify and make sense of the patterns of behaviour that have led to addiction. She takes an integrated approach to counselling and will help you identify your strengths and values, as well support you with education and other resources.
