Watch: Sound Check

Recently, I joined Luke O'Connor from Support Act for their webcast SOUND CHECK, a daily discussion about mental, physical and social wellbeing during CoViD-19. Support Act is Australia's only charity delivering crisis relief services to artists, crew and music workers experiencing hardship.


Before becoming a therapist, I worked in the music and film/TV industries. I understand what non-traditional jobs entail, and how drug and alcohol use can be a normal part of the day-to-day of these industries.
